Session Structure
What Happens in a Typical 90-Minute Session?
Whether in a hospital or a club, sessions follow a similar structure adapted to cardiopulmonary pathologies:
| Time | Activity | Objective |
| 5 min | Arrival and Preparation | No rush, changing clothes, greetings |
| 15 min | Warm-Up | Joint mobility, breathing exercises, stretching |
| 20 min | Technical Drills | Familiarization with the racket, ball control, coordination |
| 35 min | Adapted Play | Matches at a controlled pace with frequent breaks |
| 10 min | Cool-Down | Stretching, relaxation, breathing exercises |
| 5 min | Socialization | Conversation, sharing experiences, social bonding |
Fundamental Principle
You set your own pace. Always.
There is no competition. There is no comparison with others. There are no imposed goals. The only goal is for you to finish the session feeling better than when you started.
Personalized Adaptations
The Session Adapts to You, Not You to the Session
For Respiratory Limitations:
- More frequent and longer breaks
- Lower-intensity exercises
- Portable oxygen available if you use it
- Pulse oximeter for monitoring

For Physical Limitations:
